Welcome Athletes
As an invited or qualified athlete to the 2026 FTA World Championships, in Portugal you will be required to fill out this registration form, NO LATER THAN JULY 20TH, once you have obtained your FTA membership number, in order to compete. If you miss the deadline you cannot compete this year, as we have to order t-shirts and make all final plans and schedules. This page will also be regularly updated with important information, so please check back regularly for updates.
Once you have completed the form below, you may be contacted by our media team to answer a few more questions to announce you will be competing in Portugal.
Please upload professional style photo's of yourself; passport style, from the waist up, one smiling and one serious, no sunglasses or hats.

• Semi-Finals - Sr Men ~ Top 20 - 14:00 - 16:00
WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS
• Special Awards Presentation ~ 16:00
• Presentation & Introduction of all Athletes (by Country) ~ 16:30
• Junior Finals - Top 5 - 17:00 - 17:30
• Women's Finals - Top 5 - 17:30 - 18:00
• Men's Finals - Top 8 - 18:00 - 19:00

• Official World Champs After Party - 20:30 - Midnight - Frik Party Venue with DJ
DAY 7 - SUNDAY, AUG 23
• Optional Athlete Meetup - 10:00 - 15:00
• Event Closes ~ 16:00
Please Note: Only registered athlete's, team coaches, VIP ticket holders and staff can access the EUROTRAMP Stage Area & MAYA Athlete Chill Zone. All spectators can access public seating and the Acon Family Zone.
WORLD CHAMPS Official Hotel
The FTA has secured a brand new hotel, MOOV MATOSINHOS SUL, for 2026, just an 11 min walk to the venue and only 2 mins to the beach! The hotel is located beside the Lidl store and the McDonald's.

Breakfast: Continental buffet – served from 7:30 am to 10:30 am
